Government Authority located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for payment card and electronic processing service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payment card and electronic processing service for credit card, debit card, and electronic payment or similar card acceptance, processing, and support services, including equipment (hardware and software) for State agencies, boards, and commissions.
- The Contractor shall establish the mechanism(s) and system(s) to enable state agencies to accept and process merchant transactions and then settle the transactions at the designated financial institution for the following:
a. Visa
b. MasterCard
c. Discover
d. American Express
e. Debit Cards
f. Electronic payments (i.e. Echecks) to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
