[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and consulting services for website design and development, maintenance and updating, copywriting, graphics, graphic design, brochures, monthly newsletters, social media promotion, e-mail marketing, development of digital media creative (banner ads, pay per click ads, blogs, web videos and mobile apps), SEO strategy and optimization, placement and ongoing evaluation or adjustment to maximize campaign performance, development and promotion of new and creative marketing messages execution of marketing campaigns, defining target audiences and marketing needs with internal stakeholders, communicating proactively to manage expectations, project timelines and logistics, creation of marketing automation campaigns, interviewing, live action and animated video pre-production, production and post-production, scheduling, planning, publicizing and staffing of various events, negotiation and placement of advertising in various media channels and ability to evaluate broadcast proposals and conduct scheduling, preparation and production.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 10, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
