[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits manager services including claims adjudication, coordination of benefits and point-of-sale processing services to eligible clients living with HIV in all sixty-four parishes in Louisiana in an effective and efficient manner to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
- Claims Processing shall provide an efficient electronic system for point-of-sale (POS) claims adjudication and coordination of benefits, making payments to network pharmacies, coordinating with other third-party payers, providing high level electronic data management, and supporting member services, Electronic claims processing capacity must be sufficient to allow pharmacies to do online adjudication and split billing, so that pharmacies or clients will not need to submit manual claims for secondary payment, Have the ability to transmit primary and/or secondary insurance information to the pharmacy.
- Technical or Customer support will Maintain a toll-free client support number, which will be staffed from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and 10:00 am – 5:00 pm CT on Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 24, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 1, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
