[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide default prevention services for a default prevention/financial literacy solution, outreach communication to students in grace period targeting any specific group to avoid
delinquency, educating borrowers of their financial obligations to better manage their loan debt, proactive guidance from well-educated counselors to assist borrowers with questions and
provide information on the complex processed of student loan options, borrow tracking, debt education management and communication services to assist college in maintaining and having an impact on achieving a lower student loan default rate to the government authority located Monroe, LA.
- To obtain a comprehensive student debt management service to help students loan debt, repayment, financial awareness and prevention of student loan default under the federal direct loan programs.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
