[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide jury management system all functions of the Clerk and must be expandable to support future growth in requirements, personnel, facilities, and locations. The successful Offeror will be responsible for providing all software, data conversion, training, training
materials, user manuals, administrator manuals and implementation.
- The Clerk seeks highly qualified firms with a proven track record of providing paperless software systems for government offices.
- Provide a graphical user interface that is visually appealing and encourages intuitive use
- An integrated document imaging system
- Integrated Web Portal.
- Comply with all state statutes and local rules regarding jury selection and management
- Integrated accounting
- Ability to print checks
- Automated juror address location integrated with accounting used to calculate juror payments
- Provide an updatable table to store mileage thresholds and payment amounts
- Provide mechanisms for members of a pool to create a login on the website to provide required information
- Ability on web portal to easily differentiate between different summons dates in the event someone is summoned multiple times.
- Online juror status
- Ability to store answers to questionnaire for later retrieval and use
- Ability to request excused absence or deferral of jury duty
- Ability to upload documentation to website for deferral or absence
- Ability to excuse juror and communicate to person of excused or not, via text, email, and through web portal
- The Word Documents must be stored in a way that allows them to be edited by IT or Jury Pool Staff as needed and re-uploaded to the system
- Provide a mechanism to store or replace the seal of the clerk of court as needed by IT staff
- Provide a mechanism to select judges one or many for use in word template documents
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
