[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide and develop outreach, marketing and branding services to promote its services seeks to develop a comprehensive outreach, marketing and branding campaign to enhance the publics knowledge of our day-to-day operations
- Develop educational materials which explain the function and operation of Capital Region Planning to the public and to its member agencies
- Develop an ongoing outreach methodology
- Better understand member needs
- Develop a marketing and branding strategy that clearly expresses capital region planning abilities
- Assess and evaluate existing communications with the brochures, newsletters, web content mission, vision and branding
- Perform targeted stakeholder outreach to gather level of knowledge and perception about mission and organizational function and gauge overall awareness of work products.
- Using research and stakeholder engagement create content that clearly distinguishes various roles and functions
- Recommend ways to articulate our brand, define promotional opportunities and advise on strategies to better promote the Commission. Establish a unified communication strategy that promotes roles and functions
- Develop a cohesive brand design concept and supporting graphics package which includes new logo with tagline graphic standard guide, color palette, sample marketing, outreach message, website design, stationary and business cards.
- Develop style guide for usage of the new brand All elements should be given in MS Word formatting allowing staff to edit freely including permissible uses of logo and variations, orientation, sizing, spacing, and typography.
- Develop social media posting content ideas and protocol
- Develop templates for reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Assist in development of annual report template with graphics

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
