[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capitated primary care network serivce for Plan Participants enrolled in the OGB self-funded Plans other than the Pelican HSA 775. to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- The participating Plans include the Magnolia Local Plus, the Magnolia Local, the Magnolia Open
Access, and the Pelican HRA 1000.
- The Contractor shall provide capitated primary care network provider services on a state wide or regional basis.
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
