[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information management support services and system for implement innovative solutions to accomplish business objectives, meet department goals, and improve decision-making processes, create, analyse and manage its data, introduces challenges in communicating the content, location, and quality of the myriad data sources that exist within the different divisions of the organization, create confusion and an incomplete understanding of what data exists, how to access it, and can undermine decision-making processes, increased transparency and accountability, expanded reliability and utility of data to meet business decision making needs, efficiencies in accessing, sharing, and using data and information, optimization of new information management and data tools and methods, development and implementation of an enterprise geographic information system (GIS) foundation, access to retrieve authoritative data, create new data, use apps, and share contributions, develop and maintain a common vocabulary and data definition to maximize consistency and transparency of data across the agency, expanded reliability and utility of data to meet business decision making needs.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than December 14, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
