[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document imaging system to provide the appropriate devices, software and services as determined by APSB maintain the resources and the required levels of support for these systems to maintain a high level of availability.
The technology infrastructure supporting these applications encompasses:
● Active Directory authentication for most systems in combination with the Class link Launchpad;
● Over 25,000 computing devices in 1-to-1 and school-based configurations;
● Dell Windows 10 Computers with Google Chrome, and Firefox;
● Dell Chromebooks with a variety of apps and managed by Chrome Admin Tools
● Cisco UCS and Dell virtual and hardware servers running Windows Server and Centos Linux system software;
● Each site with at least one physical server running a VM Ware virtualized environment;
● A local area network (LAN) at each site connected locally with Cisco Gigabit and 10 GB switches;
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
