[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student transportation services for agency during the regular school term 177-180 days, for summer school and for activity trips to the government authority located in Lutcher, LA.
- Contractor agrees to make supervisory personnel and other staff available for reasonable community-related inquiries concerning student transportation issues upon reasonable request and notice
- Contractor shall ensure that only properly licensed and trained staff and properly equipped and
licensed school buses are permitted to serve on daily bus routes and activity trips
- Contractor shall ensure sufficient substitute school bus drivers, monitors and attendants to meet
requirements of the contract
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 22, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for five years.
