[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide charter bus services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Vendor must be able to provide over the road motor coaches, which will accommodate the passenger needs.
- All motor coaches must be equipped with air conditioning and heat, also must have clean restrooms,
- All motor coaches must be equipped with working CD players, Wi-Fi, and in motion satellite, direct TV and more than one viewing screen,
- All motor coaches must have lockable storage bays under the vehicle etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 11,2019.
