(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan consulting service for network and further development and refinement of the strategic priorities, including staff augmentation to support in the implementation of strategic and operational plans and to support in the subsequent deployment of initiatives, consulting services will require planning support in the following areas: - Strategic Planning,
- Systems and Organizational Development,
- National Best Practices Research,
- Grant Acquisition and Writing,
- Communications Plan,
- Website Maintenance,
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement,
- Project Management,
- Statutory, Policy, and Regulation Changes.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
