Government Authority located in Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for data entry clerk services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data entry clerk services.
- Contractor shall create and update TAP related workshops in database system and update attendance after conclusion of pre-separation briefing, transition assistance workshop, veterans’ benefits briefings, capstone, and two-day GPS tracks.
- Contractor shall update client checklist on dd form 2648 in milConnect after completion of the pre-separation briefing.   
- Contractor shall update client checklist on DD Form 2648 in milConnect after completion of the five-day transition workshop.
- Contractor shall maintain accountability statistics for the transition assistance program. The contractor shall use this data to develop charts, logs, and summaries as directed by chief and contracting officer’s representative or transition assistance manager.  
- Contractor shall provide daily sign-up sheets for transition assistance program workshops and classes.
- Contractor must be familiar with internet data bases.  
- Contractor must have a minimum of at least six months of data entry experience.
- Contractor must be familiar with using a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft computer software applications.
- Contractor must have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Contractor shall have knowledge of various office automation software programs, tools and techniques to support program and produce a variety of documents, such as emails, reports, spreadsheets, databases and graphs.
- Contractor must be skilled in typing and working with a variety of office equipment. Ability to locate, assemble and compose information for routine reports, inquiries, and non-technical correspondence is required.
- Contractor shall communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Contractor shall have the ability to plan, organize work and meet deadlines.
- Contractor shall maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and compliance with privacy act information.  
- Contractor shall contact all workshop and seminar participants via email and telephone prior to class start date to confirm attendance.  
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Onsite.
