Government Authority located in Gretna, Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fiscal agent services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fiscal agent services to the government authority located in Gretna, LA.
- The City's major banking activity is handled through the following six accounts: general operating account, ambulance fund account, police property seizure account, speed enforcement account, brownfield loan account, gulf south risk services account,
- To receive a deposit of their pay directly into their account at any financial institution who is participating in the automated clearing house,
- The bank is to provide a check verification procedure known as positive pay, under positive pay, checks presented for payment are compared to a database of issued checks provided to the bank,
- The bank is to provide the ability to access account balances through a secured internet
site, this should allow viewing access to all accounts under this contract, the bank will
provide all information concerning hardware and software requirements, as well as on-site
training,
- The Bank agrees to provide an online system which allows the city to place and verify stop
payments via the computer, as well as verify if a certain check has cleared,
- This method of preparing checks for deposit using desktop technology should be available for
use, if needed.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 27, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
