[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management software must have a full mobile platform available for use on smartphones and tablets, with the ability to work offline.
- The software should allow for automated integration with the following systems at a minimum Tyler Munis, The Commission also requires that the selected vendor work with the ERP implementation team to plan for and execute the implementation of the solution as part of the Munis ERP implementation project, Esri GIS, Fueltrac Fuelcard System.
- Ability to produce and set corrective and preventative work orders, ability to schedule preventive maintenance based on time, date last completed, usage, ability to limit visible assets or work order types based on staff or user department, ability to allow for scheduling parameters to be defined that will automatically create and issue a preventive work order or recurring work order, ability to represent a history of work orders assigned to the same features, locations, or other criteria, ability to maintain an asset registry, standalone or through an interface with GIS, with the asset master inventory file allows all fields in the asset management database to be searchable, ability to identify multiple types of enterprise assets to inventory, including discrete (point based), linear, and area feature geometries, ability to associate default general ledger account numbers and define project numbers, based upon department, work order type, and cost with the ability to override for each given asset class, ability to attach photos, documents, and other files to assets and related condition inspections asset warranty and service contract tracking per asset or asset group asset characteristics including: address/location, manufacturer, date purchased, date in service, book value, current value, gl account number, serial number, last service date, next service date, expected service life, comments/notes (note any that cannot be tracked in comments), configurable asset sub-characteristics, for example parking lot could have sub-characteristic of asphalt, or concrete. playground could have sub-characteristic of poured in place, wood fibres, turf, etc.) system supports a hierarchical arrangement of assets (supporting an unlimited number of parent-child relationships).
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 02, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than July 03, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
