[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP software, project management and integration services for able to perform limited functionality; specifically, the ability to input/request, track, modify, approve, match, terminate, and closeout a purchase order, Integration and interfaces with other systems, importing data into the new system, and for validating the success of the import, System testing to validate system functions and capabilities, manage and operate all aspects of the hosted ERP technical environment, manage and perform required support for non-production, production and disaster recovery, manage relationships with third-party software providers and hardware providers, coordinate evaluation and testing of major product upgrades, perform routine security administration such as the creation of user-ID assignment of user responsibilities and the re-setting of user passwords, manage organizational change impacts, with advisory support from the proposer, maintain independent hierarchies in the account structure to support different roll-ups, system allows the project coding designations for account transactions, accounts or codes in chart of accounts contain description and key words that allow users to search for appropriate code, allow the definition of acceptable account coding combinations (account/element/object) that restrict the use of segments, system allows for reporting on past data using current organizational structures, system allows roll ups at any level of chart of accounts, system allows journal entries to entered by departments and routed through workflow for approval, system creates appropriate due to/due forms, and forces self-balancing by fund, system allows users to reverse journal entry with proper security and workflow approvals, users can attach files for documentation to journal entry, system allows a closed period to be re-opened by a user with proper security and authority, budget check performed at the following levels based on user-defined combinations, automatically prepare a journal entry from each allocation schedule.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than July 17, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
