[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services program or project management support including program management, grant proposal development, program controls, scheduling, cost control, change management, communications, document management, operations, outreach and engagement, performance monitoring and reporting, policy and standard development, risk management, electronic document/database hosting, program delivery plan, permitting planning, land acquisition planning, health and safety planning, and quality control management to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Reduce economic losses from storm surge-based flooding to residential, public, industrial, and commercial infrastructure.
- Promote a sustainable coastal ecosystem by harnessing the natural processes of the system
- Promote a viable working coast to support regionally and nationally important businesses and industries.
- build new wetlands, and to maintain and sustain existing wetlands in both basins
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
