[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project management software for efficiently manage the full lifecycle of Capital Projects, Programs, and Portfolio from system-wide planning through construction and closeout.
- Software Integration Functionality
- Budget Planning and Forecasting
- Schedule Management
- Asset / Facility Management
- cloud-based, construction program management platform that will centralize all information related to BREC projects including data, documentation, change orders, resource management and invoicing for complete visibility and transparency at any time from desktop computers or mobile devices
- ability to evaluate system-wide capital improvement planning decisions using prioritization criteria built into the software
- maintained in one central location, so that data from past projects can be used to define contingency budgets and accurately predict the cost-to-complete, and cash flow needs
- ability to process submissions and approvals with outside parties
- allow users to view CAD files from within a browser
- Automated workflows shall ensure the designs are reviewed in a timely manner and allow staff to track and resolve issues
- allow real-time tracking and visibility into the entire project process. Any “risk” such as change order or resources management changes or shift, should have the ability to show how that “risk” impacts the overall project, providing transparency
- ability to access all documentation including the latest and final information instantaneously so that all documents are available when maintenance or renovation is required.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference call will be held on July 18, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than in Writing no later than July 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
