Vendor needs to provide early steps system for manage and operate the online service authorization; claims processing, fund recovery process; provider enrollment in the system
including certification maintenance; sanctions; termination; management of data; reporting and quality assurance; operating the Help Desk; and providing technical assistance to staff and providers.
- to help promote community participation and self-advocacy for people with developmental disabilities
- Provider eligibility certification and enrollment
- Hosting the web-based early intervention “central directory” of services
- Providing an online system for child record maintenance including data reporting capability, both standing and ad hoc reporting features
- Processing provider claims for payment according to the appropriate fund source
- Processes which allow for calculating family cost participation based on income eligibility, invoicing families and receiving and processing payments
- allows for data entry and activity tracking for each child referred to Early Steps through the intake, eligibility determination, service plan development, and issuing of service authorizations process
- system will limit access to enrolled, active providers and agencies with child-specific authorizations.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
