[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefit broker consultants services to provide services and insurance products, a benefit administration system, and administration of section 125 / cafeteria plan to the government authority located in Napoleonville, LA.
- Employee Benefit Services Vendor' will solicit and provide ancillary and voluntary employee benefit insurance products in accordance with relevant insurance statutes and will provide third-party administration services including, but not limited to, Cafeteria Plan Administration, on-site enrollment meetings as, and a call center to respond to employee insurance questions on an as needed basis.
- Benefits Administration and Services to include allow employee one-on-one, call center and potential self-service for new hires to enroll in benefits for all employee benefit products, provide eligibility updates to carriers.
- call support 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, to Assumption Parish School Board employees enrolling in or making changes to their benefits as well as any questions regarding coverage or issues for insurance products offered, Able to provide a toll-free telephone line for customer service, Able to provide Assumption Parish School Board with a monthly payroll deduction, must have an assigned account manager that reports regularly to the assumption parish school board, conduct meetings and enrolments with all personnel on mutually agreed upon days to educate and inform, answer questions, and give a presentation on the section 125 plan, benefits and products every year, work closely with administrators to determine products and carriers which best serve employees.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
