Vendor needs to provide web-based SporTran demand response scheduling software for improve operational efficiency and contribute to an enhanced customer experience.
- improve operational efficiency and contribute to an enhanced customer experience
- allow for schedule optimization to reduce the number of vehicles required to provide the scheduled trips, provide a web and/or mobile application interface for passenger self-service, and leverage the City’s existing investments in hardware and technology
- Ease of use for dispatchers and drivers
- Ability to import Sporran’s existing client information and historical data
- User friendly passenger self-service portal for scheduling, managing, and tracking trips
- Analytic tools to allow for performance monitoring
- Continuously maintained map data
- Ability to implement geofence restrictions for service area
- Reporting system that allows back-end users to run pre-defined and ad hoc reports and export data for analysis
- Ability to define user permission levels
- An on-site training program tailored for different users in dispatch, management, accounting, and transportation departments
- A robust customer support system.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
