[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire system maintenance services including inspections, testing, services and maintenance including sprinkler systems on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Must inspect, test, and service all fire alarm systems annually as required to meet all requirements including sensitivity testing of all smoke and heat detectors and providing for the replacement of faulty detectors at no additional costs and provide detailed inspection report.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
