[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm for all incoming calls about taxpayer accounts, collection activities, inquiries on mail-outs, and any other incoming calls.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 55,000 calls per month.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
