[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio-visual and staging services including handheld mic with podium stand, 4 channel mic/audio mixer, extension cords, cabling and power strips as required to complete audio connections, 8’x8’ tripod projection screen with skirt, audio patch for laptop, AV stand with skirt, laptop equipped with ms office suite and connected to conference WIFI, 2 Shure QLX-d wireless lavaliere mics, production media laptop, 8 input Blackmagic design switcher, JBL line array sound system to be flown on truss with ground support, rear speakers for projection to the back of the room, cabling from camera to mix, 4-channel mic, wireless handheld mic, 4 laptops, 2-speaker for president's reception to the government authority located In Baton Rouge, LA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
