[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide emergency reporting software to store and maintain emergency/non-emergency response records, fire inspection records, training records, apparatus maintenance/repair records, standard operating procedure storage and reference, employee records, etc.
- Government shall receive access to the web-based service that will allow the government to store and report all fire, emergency medical services (EMS) and inspection reports.
- A pass coded system shall allow employees of the department to access the data base 24 hours a day 7 days a week and enter and retrieve the following information from a station computer and mobile devices such as a tablet using cellular signal in the field during ambulance transports or during inspections.
- Must have the capability to access the following reports and or forms from a station computer and/or mobile device. National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS)/ National Emergency Medical Services Information System (NEMSIS) reports
