[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pre-construction services and construction services to provide Construction Services including guaranteeing the maximum cost of construction through a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Owner will have a primary representative for the project who will provide oversight and assist in all matters of project coordination and decision-making,
- Owner has or will contract with consultants for complete program management, space and functional programming, architectural, engineering, environmental, and other professional services,
(2) A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on May 13, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
