Vendor needs to provide online software system for pest inspection scheduling and sentricon reporting
- An online software system for pest control routing, inspections, treatment, and Sentricon reporting that includes the following features:
- Inspection forms integrated into a mobile app,
- Ability to scan barcodes on bait stations and products used,
- Routing tools to provide the most efficient inspector route for traveling to multiple locations (i.e. route optimization),
- Geotracking of inspector location in real time,
- Task management (scheduling of routing pest inspections),
- Unlimited support at no additional cost (phone and online support),
- Ability to assign employees different levels of administrative capabilities within the program,
- Ability to automatically schedule recurring inspections,
- Ability to report Sentricon use to Corteva AgriSciences,
- User-friendly mobile technician app that allow inspectors to report target pest, product used, ratio of product, and total amount of product using easy drop-down menus,
- Automatic reminders of upcoming and overdue routine scheduled inspections,
- Allows inspectors to have access to inspection maps and notes in the field,
- Data migration from existing software system included,
- Free access to online training webinars,
- Use of the Sentricon portal for reporting termite bait station inspections,
- Any shipping of products, if needed, will be done so at no additional cost,
- Invoicing is to be quarterly.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
