Vendor needs to provide medical waste disposal services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Medical waste service, to be picked up every two weeks,
- Pick up to occur between 7:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. CST,
- Service to include packaging material, tape, labels treatment, destruction and documentation,
- Average pickup will be 20 to 25 boxes,
- Cardboard box dimensions: 18" x 16" and 24" in height.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
