[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide text messaging API with credits for texts.
- A texting service allows a programmer to send and receive text messages,
- The service will allow for IT and Municipal and Traffic Court to send text reminders to citizens with upcoming court dates via an API,
- An application will read from the court database for upcoming court dates, lookup users that have provided their mobile phone for messaging, generate a message and send it through the API provider to the citizen,
- The service should provide an API with robust error reporting, and a dashboard for usage statistics,
- The API should be clearly documented in multiple programming languages, It is preferred if the vendor provide an online status page to check if the system is operational or having issues,
- Text messaging services usually charge by the text, so as we send more texts our account balance will get smaller and smaller, need to replenish the account as needed. Currently, we are out of texts with our previous vendor and need to have this service available as soon as possible.

Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
