[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transition assistant data entry clerk services for qualified employee with data entry and communication skills appropriate in a social service environment to the government authority located in Tuba City, AZ.
- contact with clients within 365 days of separation; utilize Tier decision tool to review and categorize Tier Assessments through email and/or individualized sessions
- assign and schedule required IC Transition tasks to complete for compliance and keep informational material updated
- use this data to develop charts, logs, and summaries.
- Contractor must be familiar with using a personal computer and proficient with Microsoft computer software applications.
- Contractor must have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to locate, assemble and compose information for routine reports, inquiries, and non-technical correspondence is required.
- Contractor shall communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy
- Contractor shall maintain work area in a neat and orderly manner and compliance with privacy act information.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
