Government Authority located in Lafayette, Louisiana; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for laboratory testing for student health services.
[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide specimen pick up and reading of lab tests for the Student Health Services of Medical laboratory capable of high complexity testing,
- Courier with up to four (4) specimen pick-ups per day; clinic hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 7:30 am – 12:30 pm on Friday,
- Closed on weekends and school holidays. Times for pick-ups each day to be established,
- Courier for STAT pick-ups throughout the day,
- Provide a lock box for after-hours pickup,
- The physical location of the lab should be such that preparation of specimens is not required i.e. freezing or centrifuging,
- Provide specimen containers for urine, blood, stool, tissue specimens and Pap smears,
- Provide appropriate culture transport media for general and viral cultures,
- Provide equipment to draw blood (vacationer, needles, and tubes),
- Provide lab request sheets printed with duplicates,
- Phone line service and fax capabilities if problems arise with printer,
- Pathology readings on pap smears and biopsies, etc. to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
