[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional land services including, but not limited to, the development and submission of preliminary land rights maps (from a Tobin base, tax assessor, clerk of court or other ownership maps), compiling a list of landowners within a designated project area, compiling abstracts, providing real property appraisals, assisting in expropriation proceedings, relocation assistance, contacting land owners to gather and disseminate information, sending out servitude agreements, negotiating final agreements, and obtaining signatures (in the field) from landowners,
- Any technical information pertaining to specific project features, project maps, plans and specifications, or monitoring plans which are required to successfully accomplish the tasks to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for four years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
