[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide building automated controls system update and maintenance will perform in an energy efficient manner, maintain occupant comfort, maintain occupant safety, and to ensure preventive measures are taken to prevent any disruption of services and ensure components life expectancy to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- Network equipment, communications gear, and network protection units, service schedule for building automation system
- Visually inspect all network protection unit wiring and terminations for signs of transient overload. Secure tightly after the inspection is complete
- Ensure that cabinet is at earth ground potential
- Test proper operation of sensors, relay modules, gauges, and transducers.
(2) A job site visit will be held on August 20, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
