[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide daily mail presort services to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA.
- sort mail into bins or tubs containing letters, flats, and parcels. Each Piece of mail will be in sealed envelopes or mailing containers,
- Place one- and two-ounce letter size First Class mail together in trays.
- Place any handwritten envelopes and greater than two-ounce mail together in trays or tubs.
- Have the bottom right hand corner of the envelopes clear of any markings.
- Print “Presort First Class” on the front of the envelopes that are going to be presorted.
- Organize mail in a uniform orientation and facing the same direction in trays.
- Have mail ready and available for pick up at the agreed upon time, unless alternate arrangements have been agreed too.
- Be responsible for reimbursing the Contractor for any additional postage required due to mis-metering and/or mail not qualifying for automated presort discounts.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
