[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide paid media advertising placement services to include but not limited to; research on appropriate demographics based on the latest traffic safety data statistics; development of a state-wide media buy plan; coordinate and purchase state-wide media buys; preparation and submittal of all required reporting for both State and Federal grant awards.
- contractual relationship with a paid media vendor to reduce deaths and injuries on Louisiana highways by promoting and increasing public awareness of highway safety program campaigns.
• Conduct research on Louisiana marketing demographics based on an evaluation of existing Louisiana traffic crash data.
• Utilize research to develop a purchase strategy, media buy plan.
• Schedule, purchase advertising based on the LHSC approved media buy plan.
• Verify placements by submitting affidavits of performance and paid vendor invoices to achieve these objectives.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
