[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide design and implement professional development for K-2 literacy instruction to the government authority located in Louisiana.
● Deliverable 1: K-2 Literacy Content Modules and K-2 Literacy Content Leader Modules
○ Part A) Four 6-hour trainings (or equivalent) based on the foundations of reading and components of effective literacy instruction
○ Part B) Two 6-hour trainings (or equivalent) to prepare K-2 Literacy Content Leaders to redeliver the training from D1: Part A, including supplemental materials (pre-reading, handouts, text permissions, etc.) required for redelivery
○ All records, reports, documents, products, or other material related to any contract resulting from this RFA and/or obtained or prepared by partner in connection with the performance of the services contracted for herein shall become the property of the State and shall, upon request, be returned by partner to the State, at partner’s expense, at termination or expiration of the contract.
● Deliverable 2: K-2 English Language Arts (ELA) Curriculum Modules and K-2 ELA Curriculum Facilitation Module
○ Part A) Two 6-hour trainings (or equivalent) based on high quality K-2 curriculum as determined by LDOE
○ Part B) One 6-hour training (or equivalent) to prepare K-2 Literacy Content Leaders to redeliver the training from D2: Part A, including supplemental materials (prereading, handouts, text permissions, etc.) required for redelivery
○ All records, reports, documents, products, or other material related to any contract resulting from this RFA and/or obtained or prepared by partner in connection with the performance of the services contracted for herein shall become the property of the State and shall, upon request, be returned by partner to the State, at partner’s expense, at termination or expiration of the contract.
● Deliverable 3: Content Leader Distinction Award Process
○ Criteria for measuring participant success, including the criteria and rubrics for achieving and maintaining Content Leader distinction (D3)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
