[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide full service marketing advertising agency to plan, coordinate, and administer marketing and advertising, develop specific projects, and provide strategic planning services.
- Review current marketing assets including the monthly e-newsletter, websites, brochures, social media, commercials, print ads, digital ads, SEO, and public relations.
- Review current research methodology.
- Identify competitive markets and establish benchmarks.
- Identify Google Analytic trends and suggest strategies to improve digital marketing.
- Identify current and emerging visitor markets.
- Development of an annual marketing plan to encompass all forms of advertising including but not limited to print and magazines, digital advertising, social media, outdoor, radio, video ads, television, product placement, direct mail, event marketing, and email marketing.
- Facilitate media planning and buying.
- Integration of appropriate research and analytical tools to measure and report on the impact of executed media strategies and tactics.
- Develop campaigns from idea to launch. This may include budget, research, media, video production, website, brand, signage, partner engagement, launch event, ongoing maintenance, and annual updates.
- Provide full reporting on results of the campaign to include return on investment from media buys, hotel room nights booked, visitor spending, google analytics, social media, audience engagement, public relations, intent to travel metrics.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
