- provide a means for aggregating and reporting participant data;   
- be accessible in time and on-demand;   
- be fully downloadable;   
- be available via mobile devices;   
- provide the opportunity for users to have materials and activities completed offline in limited broadband and up-loadable areas when access is available again.   
- designed to work with Chrome OS, Android, and iOS operating systems   
- work seamlessly with multiple browsers including, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox 44 and above, Safari 9.0 and above, Internet Explorer 11 and above, and Microsoft Edge 38.x and above.
- in compliance with COPPA, FERPA, CIPA and GDPR regarding content and digital curricula, and   fully ADA compliant.
