[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide acquisition of new voting system for absentee by mail, early voting, and election day voting with all associated applications, systems, and equipment for ballot preparation,
programming, testing, voting, and vote tabulation.
- to support the implementation of all voting system functionality and any associated installation, customization, configuration, enhancement, or development required in any other required components.
- Analyze the existing Department technical environment, and design appropriate security, backup, and disaster recovery mechanisms to ensure the integrity of the systems, equipment, and
business process at all times while maintaining the offline and closed network status.
- upgrade of software/hardware/firmware components for the central system, all voting equipment and necessary components for each phase. Unit, integration and system testing for business processes
- application and system documentation for all procedures required for ongoing maintenance, including documentation of all customization, configuration and customer specific development along with procedures for the subsequent changes or enhancement of the system in the future for any required component part of the voting system or application.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
