[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional economic development consultant services to specific economic development goals, strategies and an implementation plan outlining timing, anticipated costs, funding sources and who will be responsible for each implementation action to the government authority located in Grambling, LA.
- pertinent economic development policy documents and initiatives
- conduct a feasibility study that evaluates assets, capacity, and economic opportunities resulting in recommendations for future GUF initiatives and investment, and economic development growth strategies and market growth trend factors.
- strategic plan designed to leverage recommendations of the feasibility study benefitting the GUF and its broader service area and region.
- strategic plan and create partnerships with business and industry, workforce development, and strengthen external relations by collaborating with business and industry to establish curricula and educational programs, internships and cooperative learning experiences that are tightly linked to regional economic development and national and statewide labor force needs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
