[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 vaccination surge staffing services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.
- continues its response to COVID 19 through testing, contact tracing, supplying and tracking vaccine, and administration of vaccination services for Louisiana residents,
- Any ensuing Agreement is to protect the health and safety of Louisiana residents during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency through the provision of specialized COVID-19 Vaccine Surge Staffing relative to vaccine command and control as identified,
- Contractor shall be responsible for identifying and on-boarding subject matter expertise as needed to supplement staff including but not limited to the following areas: Medical staff (primarily planning), Pharmacy, Communications/Marketing/Media Relations, Social Media Administration, Web Design, Project Management, Logistics and Inventory Management, Technology/Database Support, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, FEMA Recovery Specialists and/or other support personnel identified.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
