• Track and manage incidents, problems, service requests, and change requests through a single
console.
• Automate remediations and escalations with rules-based procedures.
• Establish fine-grained control of Service Desk access through comprehensive roles and scopes
• Allows control over assets from any location that the device is connected to the internet.
• Assign assets to employees along with serial number or asset tags.
• Create many help desks for different departments
• Answer service tickets from mobile devices.
