- legacy mainframe system to maintain compliance in the management of student athlete information from the recruiting stage through the exhaustion of eligibility stage
- Management of the Perkins Loan Program occurs using the legacy mainframe Student Loan Management System
- A timely, cost-effective, and seamless implementation that includes project management, deployment and configuration of the new Student ERP System (SIS), migration of historical records, and integration with third party solutions
- Manages the creation and maintenance of ID cards for both LSU employees and students.
- Manage student records processes for summer, fall and spring intersession semesters
- Tracks student health for individuals while at the Institution.
- Manages process to provide financial aid to students. - Process to define a system/university hierarchy from an academic perspective
- Process that will allow students to provide 3rd Party proxy access to a student's academic record.
- Process to track student engagement activity through email campaigns, events attended, effectiveness through analytic metrics, such as delivery rate, received, viewed, read, etc.
- Process to manage, capture expenses associated with events and register to pay for these events.
- Process of tracking recruiter data.
- Track a student’s academic standing at the university, college, and department for a specific degree program.
