[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a contractor to design, develop, test, and document new features and components to the district’s Salesforce CRM implementation, which is utilized to manage our unified enrollment system, and support existing features.
- Development requirements include but are not limited to:
• Salesforce custom objects
• Salesforce modules
• Visualforce pages/components
• Workflow processes
• APEX classes
• Ensuring sufficient test coverage. - The agency team estimates that the scope of work will require approximately 350 development hours. Final level-of effort estimates are subject to agreement between vendor and agency staff. - Development will require working with the NOLA-PS team to design and build new functionality
and improve some existing functionality to ensure that the system is optimized for new work
streams.
- Contractors responding to this RFP must be a Salesforce Certified Consulting Partner, have a minimum of five years of demonstrated experience maintaining a Salesforce Service Cloud for a government or private entity, have a minimum of five years of experience in developing and supporting enrollment or education solutions.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2021
(3) Virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8, 2021
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
