Vendor needs to provide E-think learning management system for hosting of the Program’s online courses.
- migrate the current LMS (OpenLMS) content and configuration to E-Think.
- Transitioning to a new LMS would require 4 to 6 months for the configuration and building of the course documents
- alternative system to host courses, administer/grade tests or provide course evaluations.
- utilization of online learning, the program relies on the LMS to fulfil the program’s education mission.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
