[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tutoring manager services to develop a tutoring portal to register students for tutoring services and to communicate information to school systems, schools, and families, support school systems to manage tutoring services for students, and serve as a liaison between tutoring service providers, school systems, and families to the government authority located in Louisiana.
- Respondents to develop a portal for parents to register for tutoring services and select a tutoring service provider from a library of qualified tutoring service providers.
- To develop a strategy to recruit qualified students to participate in the statewide tutoring initiative.
- To receive interested students’ registration information from Tutoring Service Providers and verify eligibility.
- To finalize enrollment into the program by registering students into the tutoring portal and designating microgrants per eligible student during each tutoring cycle.
- To assist school systems with prioritizing student microgrant amounts.
- To establish and implement a process for Tutoring Service Providers to request reimbursement for tutoring services provided to eligible students.
- To develop an overall strategy to communicate with school systems, schools, parents, students, and Tutoring Service Providers.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite.
