(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services to develop an early childhood development program
- seeking a Consulting Firm / Consultant to provide strategic planning services to develop an early childhood development program through a comprehensive, data-driven, and community engaged planning process. The strategic plan will outline the direction and vision
- Working with the Board/Consortium, the Consulting Firm / Consultant will Design and execute a comprehensive strategic planning process;
- Working with the Board/Consortium, the Consulting Firm / Consultant will develop an actionable five-year strategic plan, including a projected budget for its implementation;
- Working with the Board/Consortium, the Consulting Firm / Consultant will develop recommendations regarding the plan’s implementation and governing structure
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
