[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel legal services including but not limited to providing legal advice to the mayor, the council, and other city offices, departments and boards and taking charge of all legal matters in which, the city has an interest or is a party to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA.
(2) A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on February 23, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
