[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide, design, development and implementation of a data management system capable of collecting data, tracking data, and reporting on the numerous species.
- The solution must provide an interrelation between species data when appropriate; a spatial component capable of communicating with Google Earth and ArcMap; and be accessible via desktop and smartphone when requested.
- Discovery Services -Provide Query and Change services, and a means of paging the results of queries.
- Object Services -Provide the basic create, read, update, and delete and control services on any object, including document, folder, policy, and relationship objects. For document objects, this includes setting and getting of properties, policies, and content streams. Object services retrieve objects by path or object ID. Applications may also discover what actions users are allowed to perform.
- A single sign-on service is provided that enables users across state applications to employ a single user ID for access across multiple systems.
- A set of identity and access management functions is provided both for citizens and for business partners.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 25, 2022.
