[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide photographer services .
- The event details will be sent out 7-10 days in advance of the job date. The photographer should shoot the event with a digital camera capturing action, candid, and posed shots. Essentially, the photos should capture patrons interacting with each other, enjoying the event, or action shots of athletic programming for at least (1) hour and not to exceed (3) hours per event. At the end of the event, the photographer needs to deliver a minimum (75) seventy-five edited, digital files of the photos in hi resolution with complete usage rights to agency to include, but are not limited to social media, digital advertising, print advertising, direct mail, billboards, etc.
• Action, candid, and posed shots of agency events and programming.
• No photo booths.
• Events include, but are not limited to, athletic sporting events, social community events, recitals, and cultural events.
• Link to portfolio must be included.
• Photographer must be responsible for transportation to all jobs; mileage will not be reimbursed in contract.
• Final hourly rate must be inclusive of all costs
• Event Coverage: minimum of (1) hour and not to exceed (3) three hours per event
• Deliverables: minimum 75 edited, digital copies in hi resolution for each event, complete usage rights of photos including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, print advertising, direct mail, billboards, etc.
• Due Date: Digital files must be sent within 3 business days post event either via jump drive, shared drive, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
